Throughout my life, I have been extremely blessed to know some of the most amazingly creative and talented  people from all walks of life. Whether family, friends, teachers or mentors, students or colleagues, each possesses a generosity of spirit that has shaped all of my work and, indeed my journey on the planet.

While this blog is focused on my artistic endeavors, it also seeks to recognize and honor the work of those who have greatly inspired me, encouraged and supported me and have committed themselves to keeping creative expression at the forefront as an important quality of life issue. They are visual artists, musicians, writers, thespians, activists, administrators, educators and school children--to name just a few. Some of them I've never even met. It is my intent to thank them, in my own small way, for all they have given me.
